Order Processing

Orders are prepared after payment has been received and approved. Preparation times may vary based on order size, menu items, business volume, and special requests.

Estimated preparation and delivery times are provided as a courtesy and are not guaranteed.

Local Delivery

Brunchiez Bistro offers local delivery through our website and third-party delivery partners, including but not limited to DoorDash and Uber Eats.

Delivery availability, fees, and estimated delivery times may vary based on location and demand.

Delivery Delays

While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, delays may occur due to:

  • Weather conditions

  • Traffic conditions

  • High order volume

  • Third-party delivery service delays

  • Technical issues

  • Circumstances beyond our control

Brunchiez Bistro is not responsible for delivery delays caused by third-party delivery providers.

Pickup Orders

Customers selecting pickup are responsible for arriving during the designated pickup window.

Orders not picked up within a reasonable timeframe may experience a decline in food quality for which Brunchiez Bistro cannot be held responsible.

Incorrect Delivery Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information.

Brunchiez Bistro is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Additional delivery fees may apply if redelivery is requested.

Food Quality Upon Delivery

Food quality may naturally vary during transportation. Brunchiez Bistro is not responsible for changes in food temperature, texture, or presentation resulting from delivery transit times once the order has been released to the customer or delivery provider.

Shipping Restrictions

At this time, Brunchiez Bistro does not ship food products through traditional mail carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx.

Products and services are available only through local pickup, local delivery, catering services, or other approved fulfillment methods offered by Brunchiez Bistro.

Order Issues

If you receive an incorrect, missing, or damaged item, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order.

  • Description of the issue

  • Photos, if applicable

We will review each request and work to provide an appropriate resolution when warranted.
