At Brunchiez Bistro, customer satisfaction is important to us. Because we sell freshly prepared food and beverages, all sales are final.

No Returns or Refunds

Due to the perishable nature of our products, Brunchiez Bistro does not accept returns, exchanges, or provide refunds for any food, beverage, catering, or custom orders.

All sales are final.

Order Issues

If there is an issue with your order due to an error on our part, such as an incorrect item, missing item, damaged order, or quality concern, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order.

To help us resolve the issue, please provide:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Photos of the item(s), if applicable

We will review each request individually and may, at our sole discretion, provide a replacement item, store credit, or another reasonable resolution.

Cancellations

Orders may not be canceled once preparation has begun. Custom orders, catering orders, and special-order items are non-cancelable and non-refundable.

Delivery Orders

For orders placed through third-party delivery services such as DoorDash, Uber Eats, or similar platforms, customers should first contact the delivery provider regarding delivery-related concerns. Brunchiez Bistro will assist when appropriate with issues related to food preparation, order accuracy, or missing items.

Gift Cards

All gift card purchases are final and are not refundable or redeemable for cash except where required by applicable law.
